Miss sold a switch current account. Was supposed to get cash for switching my account. They gave me all the relative documents saying i was eligable yet they refused to pay, saying I didn't fit the criteria after all my direct debits and salary had been moved over to HSBC. Disgraceful. The FSA did not take any interest either. Keep your money under the bed is a better option.
