Went to do an amazon returns, the machine was on the blink, and has been for months my last visit.nnStaff very poor, a few staff saw me stood at customer services and ignored me!nnWhen I walked upto the elderly female member of staff who was stood at distance  who looked like and acted as if she should have retired long ago not an ageist comment, she had no clue and did not want me there she tried fobbing me off and wouldn't speak to me clearly, I thought she had a disability until I heard her complaining to a staff member as I was walking away in a proper fluent conversation in complete contrast to when I spoke to her!

I am disabled. I have sleep apnea.nI needed to to have a sit down.nDonna even though the cafe was closed.nDonna allowed me to have a sit down.nThat one piece of kindness made my day.nI wish Donna all the best.nI hope Asda carry on recruitingt beautiful people like this.   .

Hardly any staff about to help you, and when I got to the scan & go, I was stood there for nearly 5 minutes waiting for a staff member to resolve a problem I had.  You could see they were short-staffed, and I just gave up in the end and walked out and went to a rival store that was quick and efficient, unlike Aada. Is it any wonder the company is losing market share when they are so expensive and short of staff? It's safe to say they ain't getting my money at Christmas.

Very rude staff! I asked pakistani lady who works in store near milk department i ask her to check if you got any milk in the wear house! Straight away she said no without even checking! She always say no!nThis was not the first time!nVery unhappy!nnToday i went in again 20/11/2024 i ask twice to a different staff memmber even they couldn't be bother checking  for me!nwas told to speak to same lady again i knew she's going say no so i just walked out.

Superstore is open till 00.00 at 6pm no tills open except self service. I’ve asked several staff members to open the till for me unfortunately no one was interested to help.  Full trolley of shopping had to go to self service checkout, shopping didnt fitt there were falling in the floor, lost lot of time scanning all the items and waiting for assistance because of age restricted items. Im shopping there to save time,  bad experience today
