I am disabled. I have sleep apnea.nI needed to to have a sit down.nDonna even though the cafe was closed.nDonna allowed me to have a sit down.nThat one piece of kindness made my day.nI wish Donna all the best.nI hope Asda carry on recruitingt beautiful people like this.   .

Hardly any staff about to help you, and when I got to the scan & go, I was stood there for nearly 5 minutes waiting for a staff member to resolve a problem I had.  You could see they were short-staffed, and I just gave up in the end and walked out and went to a rival store that was quick and efficient, unlike Aada. Is it any wonder the company is losing market share when they are so expensive and short of staff? It's safe to say they ain't getting my money at Christmas.

Very rude staff! I asked pakistani lady who works in store near milk department i ask her to check if you got any milk in the wear house! Straight away she said no without even checking! She always say no!nThis was not the first time!nVery unhappy!nnToday i went in again 20/11/2024 i ask twice to a different staff memmber even they couldn't be bother checking  for me!nwas told to speak to same lady again i knew she's going say no so i just walked out.

The store is well-maintained, the staff are friendly, and the selection of products is impressive. I particularly appreciate the new one-way entry and exit system, which has made shopping more efficient. Overall, I highly recommend Asda Dewsbury.

If I could give zero star  I would!!!!!nStaff are absolutely disrespectfulnConstantly getting accused for shoplifting,nUnacceptable behavior from security and management.
