Very easy process from shopping online to pick up. Extremely friendly assistant at the Click and Collect point. Would definitely use service again although I was informed that it's now closing permanently in July 2021. Just when you find something that works really well, it disappears!
Very efficient and fast. Arrived around 2.30pm so fairly quiet time for a weekday. Friendly and helpful staff. Tbh, didn't even know there was a click and collect there until I was told. Will definitely use in future
I've used this service during lockdown and found it to be the easiest service by far. I almost always get all that I order, the staff at Sandpit Road are very friendly & helpful, sell by dates are good & products good quality. I shall be using this service more in the future.
Tried to save time by doing collection after work. Entered and followed instructions on screen. Pulled into a bay and waited and waited. Went to the door and told by member of staff that on break but would get someone. After a total of 25 minutes someone came out with my shopping. Loaded to find none of my frozen foods there so had to wait another 10 minutes for them to go and get it picked and bring it out. Won't use again.
Didn't even know this existed! So easy. Lovely staff as well really helpful. Unwanted substitution taken away and refunded immediately.
So this is the first time I was doing click and collect for my food shop and now I'm totally put off. I got a msg from Asda saying my delivery was cancelled but as it wasn't a delivery I presumed it was a mistake. Go to pick up order and it had been cancelled
Ok but may be quicker to do shopping in store .... screens on entrance didn't appear to be working .... when using help no one answered the got a message to say colleague will be with you shortly after 5 to 10 mins someone appeared .... in total took about 15 to 20 mins just to collect about 20 items
Very slow service. You pull up to the click and collect box and theres no bell or anything to let them know you're there. Just sitting there like a lemon until a person comes to you
Always quick to bring out order. Good social distancing. Use regularly to avoid supermarkets in current times
Great service better than running round the shop looking for products.
