Friendly staff and large variety of food and clothing. Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to find exactly what you need (ie Garlic bread is in the ready meal isle, and I went to the other side of the store to the bread section.) But good prices, good staff and a great clothes selection.

Shocking it's play dodge the trolley in the car park and 6 members of staff at the front end and the checkout runner watches the self check out operator struggle....

Product range declining fast. What used to be available to order online is no longer available, & what can be ordered very often isn't delivered! They also are eager to charge for carrier bags but haven't understood that customers expect their goods to actually be IN the bags, not rolling around the crates! Informing them of the shortcomings is fruitless as it simply bounces off, no way in! Luckily other supermarkets are online also.
