Tesco petrol stations shut in the region yesterday. Had a voucher for 10p off per litre. It expired yesterday. I tried both Horwich and Chorley but both closed. Spoke to 'so called' customer services about honouring the voucher today as it was their fault that I was unable to get my petrol and discount. Told that as I had not used it yesterday I could not now get the discount. Not very good service from Tesco. Going to Asda to fill up in future. Better service there. Shame on Tesco for making offers they are not prepared to honour.
Why is petrol in Chorley between 6-8 pence a litre more expensive than Liverpool
The car wash is superb. Especially as you can pay via card at the actual wash. Don't even have to get out of the car to go in the shop. Brilliant idea, saves me having to queue up and reduces the amount of people inside
Can get busy at times and there's normally a little que. No problems on latest visit.they encourage you to pay at the pump by card,due to....yes I know.cash option is still available. Prices are on the cheap side,so will return soon I guess.
I called in to refuel and unfortunately my car wouldn't start afterwards, I phoned the recovery and went to tell the three ladies that were on that unfortunately I was waiting to be recovered and they were so lovely and really helpful. Just wanted to say thank you for the coffee and keeping my spirits up. Really made a bad situation a lot more pleasurable.
Cool new function on the newly refitted forecourt pumps before delivery tell the pump how much you want to pay. Saves trying the mini squeeze we all love and use to get our target spend or not!
Easy accèss to the pumps, a small shop with most of the grab and go that you'll need. Friendly helpful staff if you're a wheelchair user like me
Tesco petrol is always the cheapest you can buy . Staff are polite and helpful. You can get a decent coffee on the go too . A large range of car products on sale to.
The ability to pay at the pump has been upgraded and now includes the option to select a monetary value. If you want a £10 worth etc.
I.d'd me, I'm 30 years old, huge beard, even the staff was shocked I was I.d'd.... go over to tesco with no I'd... no problem.
