RELIABLY GOOD PETROL PRICES. During these fairly crazy recent times I found some solace in Asda's petrol pricing. It seemed to match or beat most of the competition, most of the time. Their petrol station is opened fairly long hours, spacious and the pumps straight-forward to use. There's also a reasonably priced car wash too. Their slogan of 'Save money. Live better' rings true in this regard. Well done Asda.
Great store, well stocked but the worst customer service experience we had as we shopped on 22 Dec @21:39 OP:001288 on my receipts As we reached the checkout the lady at the till seemed to be in such a rush, me and my daughter were struggling to pack up the speed she was flunging the food items at us, when I said that you are going very fast her answer was that there's a queue behind, but there were only two customers behind us with few items in baskets. Anyway when it came to pay my husband gave her our Asda points card and before he takes out our light blue card she has already printed the receipt and said too late we can't use our light blue card but after some argument that you're not giving us a chance to get the card out she very angryly and reluctantly let us use the card as if she was doing us a favour. Another point we wanted to pay for the clothes and Christmas tree separately, that we did, but she told us that we can use light blue card only once, which isn't true. I think staff specially that lady needs training on customer service. Her body language and gestures were appalling as it was our fault not to keep up with her super speed. We spend our hard earned money in your store not for our food items to be flung like charity. Asda bearsden never again. My local wee shop provides better customer service. Further to your query about the description of the the lady she looked in her 50s, blonde hair she was Caucasian and the person on the next till who asked my husband if he's ok was younger girl maybe in her 20s who had her hair tied in a bun Caucasian again. I have already provided the OP number in my review.
The passport photo service is very good, and it's provided by real and helpful people!
I recently encountered a shocking customer service experience within the Glasgow Bearsden store. I was approached when entering the store to be informed of the new Asda App. During my shopping trip I decided to set up the App. When leaving the store I asked a question about the App. Unfortunately I experienced horrific customer service from a member of staff who was without a doubt unprofessional. I left the store in s state of shock but when I arrived home I decided to telephone the store manager. When I had the opportunity to speak to the store manager, he informed me that he would look into the matter and get back to me. After two day, I decided to call him back as he had not contacted me. He apologised but the content of the conversation done nothing but encourage me to escalate the complaint to the CEO by email. I received no response from the CEO, therefore telephoned the Head Office Customer Service Team. I contacted the customer service team on six occasions and on every occasion but the last call, the telephone line was disconnected. On the sixth call, I informed the member of staff that the line was constantly disconnecting and that I wished to speak to a member of management staff. I was shocked when she transferred me back to a member of staff at the store. The member of staff at the store informed me that she would have the store manager call me back, which did not happen. All in all, I think that Asda’s new logo should be ‘We provide absolutely no customer service’
Nice big store which has pretty much everything. Great meat selection from the mcghees stall near the deli aisle. Good clothing selection too. Only problem with the location is at peak times leaving can be a nightmare as the traffic lights cause a hell of a bottle neck in the traffic. Be prepared to sit for a while.
Bigger than average Asda store on two levels with clothing on first floor. Extensive non food section on ground floor. Large car park with Asda petrol outlook on site. Car washing station and recycling point also.
Polite and helpful staff, store appears to be well managed and clean with good choices. Free and sufficient car parking with parent/child and disabled spaces.
Don't go before 9 am unless you want to do self scan! Ridiculous if I wanted to serve myself I'd pick up a machine on the way in. Won't be going back anytime soon
Wife was trampled by a bunch of kids when they where running for a drink called prime
I came here today to take back a pair of ladies pjs which were faulty. I'd went to the customer service desk and asked the member of staff on duty there, if there was an exchange for clothes upstairs or do I exchange here...she said no here... I said we'll I'd like to return these due to them being faulty.she had put them through and put them to the side without me finishing the conversation that I wanted it put on a gift card incase I'd never seen anything... she'd at this point already had put the refund through and asked for my card...I'd said oh I wanted gift card .. she never made one bit of contact with me. She already had the next customer behind me before I could move out the way. There was also no socail distance at this kiosk.
