247 Property manage multiple portfolio of rental properties on my behalf. Their professionalism, quality of service and friendly staff make them stand-out amongst their competitors. At first I was not comfortable with their Monthly Wednesday pay out schedule because it impacts on my mortgage's payment, however it looks like they are making the payment out quicker now. Overall I am pleased with their management so far and can't wait to add more portfolios for them to manage on my behalf. I cannot recommend them highly enough
Agency has been very nice and polite. Recently moved into a flat provided by 24-7 Property and the process of moving has been smoothly and time efficient thanks to the agent I’ve been in touch with, Louise. They always replied to my email and phone calls as soon as possible and came back to me with good responses to my enquiries. Overall so far only good experiences with 24-7 Property! :D I even got a welcome box with discounts and samples to help settling in be easier and cheaper
I recently applied for a flat up for rent and I am very impressed with how quick and easy the application process has went. I particularly want to mention the outstanding support received while going through the process with Louise. Great letting agent and superb service. Thanks!
My experience is very bad with this agency. I will recommend to be very careful. They gave handover of property from existing tenant. I took key from them. I am not sure whether they follow exit process of previous tenant or not. When i exit they checked house conditions and charged me full deposit. I had mail them defect and issue of house when I entered still they charged me. I had all evidence of photo. Hence be careful with this agency. I have mailed them twice for pending settlement of rent and deposits. They not responded.

The worst agency ever, I as a tenant have been with them for over 3 years and it is always a struggle to get help from them. Even now when I'm ending my contract I still haven't received my deposit. Very rude and never respond to emails and phone calls. If you can avoid these ppl.
Mark and the team have managed 3 of my properties for a number of years and can’t fault them. Kept up to date when any repair or rent issues arise and the team deal with them professionally and efficiently. Would happily recommend their services.
