I have tried so hard with this shop because it is my local shop. But the woman who runs it, Shabana, is one of the rudest people you will ever meet and the way she looks at you is absolutely disgraceful. The staff constantly change because she can't keep them. I was asked by a man behind her counter 'If I wanted to go to his friends big house and make some money'. This same man also asked another member of staff if he knew any young girls!!!! She knows this; and did NOTHING! I've often seen & heard her shout at young staff. Her moods are abysmal. It never opens on time. The Paypoint is never working. I can't even count the number of people who do not shop here since she took over.
Run by a legit crazy woman. Owner is vile and such a horrible character. Always screaming at customers
Woman shopkeeper has zero people skills nor customer service skills went to purchase prime for my son with my husband, we were told one bottle per person, so hubby goes up and buys his, I go to buy my ONE bottle and told she can’t serve me as we are together! Sorry you said to begin with ONE PER PERSON. Upon questioning her we were just met with sheer and utter rudeness, safe to say won’t be returning.
Got charged double after using my debit card, it was supposed to be £23 they took £46 - I have contacted my Bank. Last time I shop in there!

Horrible woman is obviously still there as she has a disgusting manner about her!!! Very rude to customers. Do yourselves a favour and get rid of her as she's losing you business!
NEVER open on time, massive let down especially on the way to work. Why advertise something you don't offer? The staff seemingly have the customer service skills of an angry 12 year old. The only thing going for this place are the samosas.
Can only assume that the 5* reviews are put there by the staff,as I have had the misfortune to enter these premises on 1 or 2 occasion's only to find the customer service is abysmal, the young woman behind the counter is downright obnoxious, definitely no people skills also they're to lazy to use the paypoint machine as they always tell you that it is broke,this store is most definitely not convenient,avoid.
Was using this store as my local for awhile but the wee girls sitting behind the counter rolling there eyes when a customer walks in and acting like there chat was more important has made me choose to avoid it. Shop locals just up the road!
