Very disappointed in this store compared with the store at Garthdee that I normally use. On a Saturday morning, the busiest day of the week, the choice was awful. Of the few items I was looking for at least five basic items were either out of stock or so close to their sell by date that I couldn’t buy them. 
What a waste of time....! Unlikely to use that store again.,,,,

Very hard to find any scottish produce now, & hardly any tills, nearly all been replaced by diy conveyors. 

Better going across the car park to aldi now where they employ people and buy scottish.

It is a good store with good prices. But, I had to ask three members of staff for help before I was helped. They kept saying "ask so n so". Bad costumer service if you ask me. And this was after the store opened late as well.

The sandwitches and chips at the cafe were half frozen and looked and tasted 2 weeks old. The salad was dirty and far from fresh. Furthermore, the tea is served in dirty tea pots. Will not go again and would not recommend. I have to say that I expected better from such a big supermarket chain as Asda.
