Good value guest house in Eccles, my room was comfortable and had an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a single bed and tea and coffee making facilities. During the week breakfast is available in the dining room but at the weekend you'll have to make do with a sandwich in your room. Having said that the staff did their best to be flexible to get me my food as early as possible. Parking is available but you'll be testing your skills when you park at the rear of the building as it's a bit of a squeeze.

Very clean, loved B&B. Nice that old school continues. Very comfy and cosy.
