This place is a MUST TRY ! I don’t know why I haven’t been here sooner. Great community feel with warm ambiance and top notch customer service. Like the BEST. You instantly feel the employees are happy to be there. It would be the ideal spot to meet a friend and catch up. The interior makes me feel like I’m in a sitcom for some reason in a very good way. Today I was walking a dog so decided to do takeout. On Saturday’s and Sunday’s they offer up specialty danishes of the day and the one I chose had a layer of corn cream topped with fresh tomato and basil amongst some other incredible additions to celebrate the Fall bounty. The flavours were out of this world, the flakiness on point and I wish I bought more of these. Everything looked really fresh and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of items here. A huge perk is that they are pet friendly and they always keep a water dish filled to the brim inside for your pup. Don’t feel like you can’t pop in if you have your pet with you.
I had a delightful experience at this artisan bakery! The almond croissant was perfectly flaky and generously topped with almonds and powdered sugar. The iced coffee was smooth and refreshing, served in a charming mason jar that added to the cozy, inviting atmosphere. The bakery’s ambiance is warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a delicious treat. The friendly staff made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Artisan Bakery: Hands down, the best sandwich I've ever had! I went for the charcuterie sandwich, which is a brie lover's dream. The staff? Super friendly! The vibe? Cozy, inviting, and fun – plus, they've got some awesome locally made stuff, including some cool queer positive items. Artisan Bakery isn't just about the food; it's a safe and inclusive space too. And let's talk about that coffee – delicious, served in pretty ceramic mugs. Plus points for being disability-friendly from entrance to seating I'm unsure about the bathroom situation as I did not use it. Oh, and I couldn't resist grabbing some freshly made bread – seriously addictive! Thanks, Artisan Bakery, for an awesome cafe visit. You guys rock! Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp opening at curb, into doorway without steps. And accessible right up to the standard - low counter to order, to the tables which have a built in bench against the wall, a table that can move, and a chair that can also move. There is seating at a high counter facing out the window. Note, small Cafe for seating.
The cappuccino might be the best one I drank since I moved to Canada. Food is delicious, service is just as good. I love that they're pet friendly. There's not a lot of available places to sit though. It's the only thing I'd change, as well as the salty price but we know it's a local business and we'd rather pay high prices at a local store than a chain restaurant/bakery.
What a special place! Finding Artisan was as Bob Ross would say “a happy little mistake”! Sadly, good customer service is rare these days & this place could teach a master class in it! The staff were Warm…welcoming…informative & helpful… If I could give more stars for service I absolutely would!! & even better were the croissants!!! A dynamite croissant for me is all about “the crack” & ARTISAN’s croissants delivered the perfect “crack”. I have already told many friends & family about this place & will definitely visit when I am back in London! I hope to see you there!!
Came for the first time Friday afternoon. I had a heated ham and cheese croissant and it was truly the best one I’ve had in London. The woman at the register was super friendly and my iced coffee was simple but tasty. The gentleman who ran all the food was very friendly. They sell fresh pizza dough that I can’t speak for but my friend swears by! I can’t wait to try it myself. Highly, highly recommend.

We had the absolute best experience working with Sean and his team! They catered my vegan baby shower and I could not have asked for a better team to work with. They were so responsive, the guests absolutely raved about the food and the ordering, delivery and payment process was seamless. They included the sweetest hand written card which made the order feel personal and showed how much they appreciated the support of their small business. We will absolutely be ordering from them regularly moving forward and using them every opportunity we can for future events and celebrations.
Almond croissant is a 10/10. The grilled cheese is also soooo good!! I love the sourdough and coffee. Honestly everything is great and I wish I discovered this place sooner Food: 5/5
