The customer service is great and the food as well. You just need to understand the type of the restaurant you visiting. The portions are not as big as Greeks are used to eat. If you bulking for sure it won’t be enough. For a light breakfast is fine. It is a bit overpriced but you already know that when you visiting a restaurant like this.
What is really good about this place - is taste. Never ate such a delicious omelette before! Had nice brunch there and each meal was bringing thoughts about ingredients, rare feeling: Filter coffee seemed to me strong. Did not have enough time to look around but the main area seemed nice and cozy, “glass box” I would say. 4 stars for awkward feelings with staff. Guys were trying to help I suppose, but it felt tensed and uncomfortable.
Am born and raised in Athens but currently live in the US. I have dined in several places in the world but my experience at Artisanal is probably among my top 3 favourites. Why? The number 1 reason that made our experience unforgettable was the service. Our servee Jimmy is the reason we will keep coming here as much as we possibly can. This guy is the warmest, most knowledgeable and most friendly server I have ever met. His greek AND his English are perfect, he talks confidently about the uniqueness of every single dish and makes you feel like you are the only table in the restaurant. We basically ordered half the food menu and 5 different cocktails. We were at the restaurant for 3.5hrs and returned for drinks 3 days later because I guess we couldnt get enough of the service, atmosphere, food and incredible cocktails. We visited the restaurant on September 30th, a party of four people. We were seated on their beautiful garden. We ordered: 1 Nigiri: Tasty but the gemista flavour was overpowering and I could not feel the tuna 2 Pie with greens: Not what comes to mind. It was a tart with sauted wild greens. However, the dish was not baked together so the flavours were not infused within the tart 3 Wild artichokes: A nice dish but the grapes were irrelevant 4 Croaker fish: the best dish from all I’ve tried 5 Pork cheeks: I could not taste the bacon- spearmint oil and I believe the cheeks should be more tender 6 Baby goat: This was ok at best 7 Baba aux pêche: This was also ok at best Overall, although nothing was bad, nothing was exceptional as well. I believe that in this price range there are better options in the area. The service was professional and attentive. I would visit again to have a drink on their bar but probably not to eat.
The food, atmosphere, service, place, everything is just right! Food delicious. The waiter is super knowledgeable and friendly.

What a pleasant surprise, impossible to give less than 5 stars. The staff is very kind and the chef offers an original menu with refined and tasty dishes. Excellent food, taste, presentation and quality.

Great decoration, excellent dishes, friendly service, pasta artigianale, tasty balotina chicken, high class lamb fillet, fine cheese and wine. Make a reservation! Expensive!
A gourmet place with good food and wine, nice atmosphere! We enjoyed our dinner there... Would go again Parking: Difficult to find a spot.
