Arthur Stone Planning designed and obtained a building warrant for the refurbishment of my flat in Edinburgh. This was a tricky space to redesign and thanks to their keen eye for design they came up with an absolutely fabulous solution to make the most of the space in the flat which has totally maximised its potential. I have recently had my property revalued and the work has increased the value of the flat significantly - Couldn't be more impressed by the service that Arthur Stone Planning have provided and would highly recommend to anyone looking for design and planning advice!!

From the very first really informative friendly chat about gaining planning permission for an extension in a sensitive situation, to the day we moved into our now transformed home,the team at Arthur Stone were great to deal with, always mindful of our time and budget constraints and have given us a cracking extension that completely maximised the potential of our house, more quickly and easily than we could ever have hoped.

Drawing up plans without setting foot inside the property! How is that possible? Not a good experience from start to finish! Extremely high cost for very little input! Would avoid at all costs!

I recently used Arthur Stone Planning’s services to design and obtain planning permission for my extension. We were really impressed by the efficiency in which they undertook the work and the outcome is brilliant at a very reasonable cost in comparison to other quotes that we recieved. I would definitely reccommend to anyone looking for design and planning services.
