Can you believe that the the council of Perth will allow the scam of a parking service at Kinnoull Street, a few feet from the council, to continue to scam money from honest people?! I was charge 60£ for 10 min parking, after receiving help from friendly staff. This is cancer on Scotland, likely to spread if no initiative is taken, and a disgrace to Perth. Perth: you have seen me for the last time!

Social Work Services, Perth city, Older adults. The grass roots staff are great- professional, caring and reliable. Unfortunately, those in managerial positions have lost those important attributes.

Absolutely appalling, shambolic service. First member of the customer service team was unable to put me through to a planner. The second succeeded but he planner told me if I submitted my plans they would not be approved. There was no opportunity within this 5 minute slot to discuss dimensions to clarify the situation. When I phoned back to do so I was told the planner was not available. In this situation a very rushed decision was made without reference to any relevant detail.
