Absolute joke of a service from this place.

Edit: Just had to have another order shipped out to replace the lost goods. Another 3 days to wait (if i get this next one at all) for a "1st class" recorded delivery. There seems an awful lot of my parcels going missing with this sorting office. It doesn't seem to matter what i order either, they have no preference. It's all very suspicious.

Service standards and facilities here are laughably below  normal. The customer parking was removed years ago.  Now the staff and vehicle car park is usually mostly empty during the times customers may collect.  Half the parking outside  has also gone meaning it's usually impossible to park on the road with craters of third world proportion.  You then queue with 10+ people in a 7ft square space and more queuing out the door.  People give up meaning you can easily lose half an hour of your day to this organisation (the word is not apt) without getting what you came for - never mind the actual lost parcels.  Typically behind the times, these people wont leave your parcel where you want it.  You have to get a box and give them a key - though why you'd trust that to work since so little else does I have no idea.
Update: staff member was exceptionally polite to all customers when I last visited.
