Such a lovely space and staff! It was slow when I went in for lunch on a Friday. The food was all made fresh and affordable. The chef came out to let me know that she was almost done making the soup, and that it was delicious - it was! Wifi is fast enough to get work done. Exposed brick, large windows with natural light and the whole place rumbles whenever a train passes overhead too, which I thought was a nice aesthetic.
3.90 for a mocha - was pretty good maybe a 7 or 8/10. Ambiance is amazing so calming and perfect for doing work. Many places to sit and charge up as well. Definitely will be coming back to do more work and try more things.
Didn't eat but pleasant tea and chat. No vegan options yet, though. Service: 5/5

I’m sorry to say that the flat white ordered did not really taste like a flat white in any form. It was a poor quality americano with lots of water and poorly foamed milk. Staff on the whole were fine.
nice café, decent breakfast although I've had better, at a similar price. nice selection of books to read while you wait for your order! they don't mind if you swap a book of your own with something on the shelf, which is an interesting concept - I hate picking up a book and putting it down a chapter later
Great place to grab breakfast or simply enjoy a cup of coffee. Relaxed atmosphere, free wifi. Could easily spend an afternoon with a good book. Live music in the evening
