Arrow Private Hire

Ordered a car to collect my wife-to-be on the morning of our wedding, we pre-booked to ensure prompt arrival and plenty of room (an 8 seater for the bridal party). Car didn't arrive, 2 phone calls later it came 15 minutes late with no apology. There were no traffic problems on the day, they had simply forgotten. We had paid them 5 times the price of regular cab to allow half an hour for a 5 minute journey. This was at the time of pre-booking, and we were assured that the car would arrive on time or early and wait outside. They refused a refund on the day. I have since called the company 3 times, each time being promised a call back from the owner... which, you guessed it, never happens. I urge anyone who needs a vehicle on time to avoid these amateurs. They clearly don't care about customers.
