Absolutely terrible bus service X75/76 always at least 5 minutes late and sometimes the bus doesn’t even turn up. And the tickets are really expensive as well.

Far too expensive. Customer service is non-existent and seems to rely on hiding behind a host of webpages. Having called and been repeatedly cut off by the C.S. telephone system, I have given up. It's a shame that there is no alternative to them.

Worse bus service ever. The x12 and 56 are always late. The Saturday 56 bus at 16:42 from Hight Shincliffe just refuses to turn up most weeks!
