ordered a taxi, received message stating taxi has arrived, went out but theres none, called back but been told the taxi has waited for 5 mins so have left. Also refused to give me another taxi. Insta-blacklisted.

Rang for a taxi, guy on the phone was very rude on the phone to start with then when we did book a taxi, the driver drove straight past us twice and left within a matter of seconds. Wouldn't attempt to use their poor service again

Quoted £3 to £4 then charged £5.40 after dropping you at the wrong address. Bad service!

Worst experience I've had in a taxi yet, the taxi driver drove from nevilles cross to the Durham train station via the UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL! That is completely the opposite way. He insisted this was the quickest route, a 4 minute journey on Google maps going the route Google suggested instead took 11 minutes because he had his own ideas about how to get there. I then disputed the fare with the head office while sat in the taxi to which he told me "now you're wasting my f***ING time", head office told me that they trust their driver knew something I didn't know and maybe there was road works which there wasn't. So rude and swore at me multiple times, I wouldn't trust their temper or honesty with anyone I care about and I hope if you read this you do the same.
