unhappy with facials. Owner rude when called to complain and got told come in for refund and then hung up!!! Call this level of service!!!

had my nails done with gel the girl forgot to put one hand under the lamp then wiped half of the nails off rather than start afresh she layered more varnish on but they all smudged the very next day, I went back the lady who owns it was really nice and got a girl to take them off (the 2 smudged nails) and re do but she did them in a different red. All the girls i encountered were really nice but its just a disaster to be honest So now i have two different varnishes on my nails and zero time to get them done properly. Never again. Aroma is a very professional and friendly salon that always offers the best services to all their clients. Some may say I have somewhat of a biased view however, as I am able to view the salon from both a client and employee perspective I am able to see all the 'ins and outs'. From this I see that the girls are always friendly and willing to accommodate the clients needs, with consistent standards being kept. Rykie always ensure that the products and treatments are up to date and that they are using the most advanced and newest procedures and products so every client gets what they deserve. As someone who has struggled with skin problems, I find the environ skincare range and facial especially rewarding! And the skin analysis that the salon offers is excellent for reviewing your skincare products and seeing which areas are most in need of some serious TLC! Love love love going there!

Word of advice don't get your eyebrows done here. I have been left with two big gaps and completely uneven brows... horrendous

Recently I relocated to the UK from Southern California. I find the services and staff very professional and friendly. Laura is amazing and I am ever so pleased I found this place!
