Had an amazing time there. Welcoming and friendly staff and my hair looked beautiful soft and silky. Definitely recommend this place! Even getting my hair washed felt like a dream.

Had a colour and cut done today by Lauren.. . My first time at rush ... what a lovely experience all the staff were really friendly my hair looks absolutely amazing... I won't be going anywhere else now I have found my hair heaven!!! I would highly recommend this salon don't waste your time anywhere else ... thankyou so much I love it :) x

Booked it twice over the internet. You meant to get a call back to confirm the appointment. Both times never got a call back. After 1st time posted on thwier Twitter and was also ignored. I think they dont want anymore customers.

The staff is helpful. Steff was so understanding and explained things well. Gave great advice and I came out looking like a diva. Spent more than adequate time into getting the perfect look for me.

Hair looks amazing but always does at Rush Basildon.
Staff are professional,  friendly and really know their stuff.
Plus the colour offer on a Tuesday is amazing value.
Everyone should use RUSH if they want fantastic looking hair!
