After a visit to a few arnold clark branches I have to say this particular branch was superb and so welcoming..Robert is a professional who makes you feel so comfortable and not pushy and is really a top bloke!..adam..a true gem and his knowledge and professionalism in the personal clip I was sent on vehicle is nothing short of perfection!!..his knowledge and his pointing out all functions etc was tremendous.. look forward to picking my new car up..cheers all at milngavie Arnold clark..well done
They sold me a car that was after serious accident I suspect , paint is peeling of all around ,scratches on a seal , doors are dented .....
Absolutely amazing service from Gerald on the recent purchase of my new car. Not my local branch and so happy I did go further as service was top notch. Any little issues were sorted right away. My 2 sons loved the complimentary ice lollies on a roasting hot day. Defo recommend to friends and family. Thank you

Some of the staff seemed nice enough but service was so slow and had to keep chasing them for information and to get my car fixed. Rates are much higher than else where. Wish I had went to my usual mechanic Ron Barton. Only went here as AA thought witj Arnold Clark in milngavie being a Vauxhall dealer it would be quicker. Sadly not the caae
It took more time than we expected but consultant was very efficient and courteous and took heed of what we wanted. Both of us are delighted with our new car.
Very friendly staff - instant help and advice. Recommend to anyone living in the area and contemplating coming over. 5 minutes and I had all my questions answered!
Bought our lovely new car from them.
Bought a car a year ago and was promised 2 free services by my salesman. Arrived at Arnold Clark today for said service and was told there was 'no record or evidence of the complimentary services', refused to pay the extortionate up front fee. Would have taken out the service plan had I known, absolute joke now have to fork out for a service elsewhere after thinking I didn't need to worry about paying for one. Won't buy from here again and would not recommend after this.
My sales adviser Gerald, was really nice and kept me mostly informed of the progress of my purchase. Drove 4 hours to get there to collect my car and was offered refreshments upon arrival. Parking is very limited and it was slightly confusing where to go and how to get into the actual building. Sale went fairly smoothly and I think everything was explained to me. Quite happy with the deal I got and loving the complimentary shopping bags!! Car going well so far, but do miss the comfortable seat in my old Astra! Can't really fault my new Grandland X Ultimate otherwise though! Would definitely look these guys up again in the future. Thanks for everything!
