Hi , I have read the somewhat negative reviews , regarding the operation at Kwik Fit Milngavie , and I have to say my experience today was exceptional . My brake pads and discs stick together in the mornings , and the staff at Milngavie “ cleaned and treated the pads” and did not charge me for the service ! Now I know from past experience that the dealership from where I purchased the car would have encouraged me to replace the brake pads , as they have done previously . So its a “five from me “, well done to the staff !

Don't and won't ever use Kwik Fit again. They will try their best to swindle you and don't care what lies to make up to get their miss on your cash. Each branch has a daily target that they must make. Put our car in for a routine service only to be told that the front brakes were worn/damaged and needed to be fixed. That routine service turned into a £500 rip off. Use a local trustworthy mechanic now.

My elderly husband got into a fankle with tyre pressures on our fairly new car and thought we had a puncture as the red warning light came on. He was treated with friendly courtesy by a mechanic on duty who sorted out his tyre pressures, which were all over the place and reassured him that we did not in fact have a puncture. He was not charged for this service and was delighted with it. We know where we will be shopping for a new tyre when needed, that's for sure. Thankyou Milngavie Kwik fit.
