WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE STAFF I’ve been visiting this place for the past few months but the service I received today has completely put me off. I got a super mini valet but the car was left unclean. I went to the highlands yesterday so there were a few mud marks and the guys didn’t clean it at all. Left the seats untouched, whatever I pointed out they said they couldn’t clean it. The alloys weren’t dried and then I pointed out the manager was so rude and asked me to pay and leave. All I told him was there’s a certain way to speak to customers, haven’t refused to pay infact, always paid a tip when the job was done well. I showed him the loyalty card so that he could see how many times I’ve visited before. He started shouting and then eventually walked away. Then I saw him washing his own face in the same bucket from where they take water to splash on the car and that completely put me off. The customer service was awful. Apparently one of the other boys said that guy was the manager - don’t know who made him the manager. And If the manager behaves this way, god knows what impression he is setting on his colleagues. I would certainly not visiting this place again. Suggest everyone to be careful about this place. I paid £18 and was ripped. RUDE BEHAVIOUR. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Absolutely 1st class service the valet was well done and even exceeded my expectations

A really fantastic service, the guys here work hard and it shows the packages are brilliantly priced, and the work they do is incredible, they even give you a wee air freshener when you get a valet I would highly recommend themServices:&nbsp;Vacuuming

They usually do a good job. Gets a bit busy sometimes and when it's like that they definitely don't do as thorough a job.

I’m really happy with their service! I think the name of the boy who did a full valet of my car was Alinot sure about the spelling, sorry. My car is small and it costed £55, which I think it’s a reasonable price - I left a tip, since I am really happy how squeaky clean is my car now! I, also, have a dog, so there was a lot of hair on the back seat. Apologies, for this, Ali! Thank you! Keep doing a good job!

There was new boy working I asked him just to give it quick jethose,as was going through garage he held jet hose to close to long&lifted my bonnet wrap both side,when spoke to owner,he replied mistakes happen take me to court he has no signs saying at your own risk so I've applied a legal case DONT GET CAR WASHED THERE,if anything happens they won't fix
