Big thanks to Liam today in kwik Fit Alloa. He managed to fit me in to fix my tyre. His customer service is fantastic. Nothing is a hassle and he has now put me back on the road with my tyre all fixed and ready to go. Go team Alloa with a special thanks to Liam. What a legend !
Hit a deep pothole a week ago so popped into Kwik Fit Alloa to get wheel alignment checked.Asked if they had time to inspect, check was done and on the road again within 30 minutes.Alignment was fine so no charge,a big thank you to John for his prompt service, much appreciated.
Spectacular service, definitely would recommend. I arrived early, no problem, booked in immediately and a part ordered and fixed and all finished by midday. Work on exhaust covered by guarantee, thank you John for brilliant wisdom and experience!
Our rented car had pressure related problems and it was discovered that both rear tyres were just on the legal limit, but needed replacement. Thanks to John for taking care of business and providing service unrivalled in the Alloa area. His team also deserve much praise for their skill and performance throughout the day and helping me back on the road again. Top marks to John and the staff at Alloa Kwik Fit for once again proving such high standards
John and the lads were extremely friendly and helpful. Tyre was changed and the tracking balance checked with no fuss and extremely quickly. The company were £40 cheaper than anywhere else for exactly the same tyre. Highly recommended and I will definitely return should the need arise.
Quick phone call to check they had my the tyres in stock. All good. A couple of customers ahead, but didn't have to wait long. Two decent chaps got my car back up and running
Very pleased with the service at Kwik Fit Alloa today. Booked my car in to investigate scraping noises from front axle. Had to change the appointment at short notice - no problem, resolved over the 'phone. On the day George and his team very quickly diagnosed the problem and talked me through it. New front brake discs and pads ordered from Stirling, arrived in half an hour and fitted on the spot. All done in an hour and a half and brake and steering fluid levels topped up to boot. This is now my local Kwik Fit and I will certainly be coming back. Thank you very much George.
Ordered new tyres to be fitted and had an appointment at 10am on 17/2/22. The service was spot on, everything done on time and very professionally, considering the guys had 4 tyres to put on and do the tracking, was quick as well. Many thanks to John also who was a great help and very friendly and made sure everything ran smoothly.
I won't go past Kwik Fit in Alloa when I have any issues with my tyres. I was there last week and John the Manager couldn't have been more helpful. The work on the car was done quickly and to the usual high standard.
