Very professional and friendly - Danny and Richard really took the time to make sure that everything was well explained and that I was comfortable with all the necessary information.
The staff were great in dealing with my requirements for the storage I wanted. The pleasant and polite nature of them made for a relaxed and comfortable experience. They were very helpful with information about storing items correctly for safety and to reduce any damage during transportation. In total an all round excellent satisfactory service.
Was told payment was due every 4 weeks in advance.I was then phoned back and told I could have 8 weeks at half price. On arrival for my booking it was then disclosed that I would have to pay the full 8 weeks in advance and not 4 as previously discussed.The guy who checked me in even agreed that it should of been made clear to me.If I had known I would of gone elsewhere. I really had no choice having a van full of all my belongings.A bit more transparency would go along way when trying to attract new business. The manager did call me but wasn't bothered.Said I could leave if I wanted to. To add to this I turned up yesterday only to find the lifts are out of order.
Excellent staff, showed us to our customers unit, I always recommend this place to anyone needing storage.
They love being filmed and welcome it. Free hugs to everyone who turns up with a camera and a drone
Staff not very friendly, a bit stroppy. They make you buy one of their own locks at £14. I had my own but apparently it wasn't up to standard.
We had to book and cancel a unit on short notice and they were nothing but lovely and understanding. Hannah was so kind and reassuring 10/10 customer service.
Rebecca was really helpful and the check in process was easy both online and in person. I got a medium room which was enough for all my student room items - clothes etc etc. My only complaint is that there aren’t any signs showing you which room numbers are in each direction or which direction the lift is. It’s easy to get a little lost.
Lacks some good technical foundation: had a bit of a hiccup due to a server issue at armadillo where the room I had booked - 3 months in advance - was not available when I reached there with all of my luggage. Some other minor issues were also there. It was a bit of a hindrance but ultimately okay as the staff at hand was extremely helpful and friendly.
lightning in our area is terrible auto light turns off after 30 seconds you have to keep running down corridor to activate nobody seems bothered ,
