No those reviews aren't wrong they REALLY ARE THAT GOOD and that friendly & helpful. Second time I've used them while moving house, first time short term, this time line as I've moved south (I know, boo hiss) and my huge overflow of clutter is still with them 3 years on. You will not be disappointed, it's not a flashy building, it's ugly BUT DRY AND CLEAN containers, Don't let that put you off.

We had our stuff stored with these guys for years while we lived in Dubai Cheapest storage we found, the staff were great and our furniture came out in the same condition as it went in. I'd recommend this company to any of my friends Thanks again guys

The people at Pay Less were fantastic when we were moving home. They guided us through the whole process. They were by far and away the most price competitive of the storage companies we looked at in Newcastle. I've recommended them to friends.

Best value for money that I could find, helpful staff. Provision of a free van to help you move your stuff was a great bonus (you do the loading and unloading yourself, but they provide and drive the van).
