My daughter just went to the shop to buy milk and the lady of ethnic origin behind the counter was rude. My daughter was counting out the money to give to her ( my daughter is 12 so it wasn’t like it was painfully slow or anything) and the lady just kept waving her hand in my daughters direction and smirking at the other customers. It was Rude and intimidating to my daughter and I am not happy!! . So much for supporting local!!. I’ll go elsewhere! Rubbish customer service!

Shockingly rude non English staff local shops for local people and I’m all for supporting them but not when your spoken to in a rude fashion

The customer Service is dreadful , A miserable and dirty/ Smelly women serving on the till.
No manners, no please or Thank you.
Poorly stocked the shop has serously gone down hill over the years.
Not worth visiting.

Very poor. Used to like the place as it was convenient for us but now they're unreliable, lies to avoid things like when I get electric top up and the service has gone downhill a lot. Won't be shopping there again

A small but well stocked local shop. Lottery, card sales. Often has young boys stocking the shelfs. Friendly for the main.
