This place is a gem. I truly believe that they would prefer you to buy nothing than buy a mistake. As a result the advice they give is honest and considered. From repairs to buying new I have never been disappointed. Thank you Trevada!
Really helpful staff, very knowledge. Genuine skilled musicians advising how best for my son to learn how to play the acoustic guitars vs. sales people selling a product. Will be back again!
Fantastic service as always. My old guitar bought elsewhere had issues we unfortunately couldn't overcome, I now have a beautiful new Sigma from Trevada and I couldn't be happier with it. Highly recommended.
Hi, I recently bought a piano book from the shop. My piano teacher recommended a book they didn't have. The person in the shop was happy to exchange the book in store, but as soon as I said I wanted a refund, he checked the book over searching for damage that wasn't there, and he said he eould have to give the book a clean up 1st. There was no damage to the book and it was in brand new condition. BEWARE if you feel you may need to return an item for a refund. Out of principle personally I will not be buying anything from the shop again.
Excellent music store, large area occupied various areas for different music genre. Keyboard, guitars brass. Music scores available in store or can print off or order. Small parking area to the rear, street parking otherwise with 30 min limit
