Used KMC for the first time this week and was so impressed. Fast delivery and communications, excellent packaging and also excellent prices too. Just what’s needed as a first N gauge train to test a developing layout….top marks!
Amazing customer service every time I've been. Love it here, great local place to get bits and pieces for the layout, and it is often cheaper than big online retailers. Before lockdown they were very kind and helpful in the shop, and have a great selection of locomotives, wagons/coaches, road vehicles and more in popular gauges. Would recommend every time.
It is the 1st time I have visited the shop. A great welcome and was shown around the shop which is surprisingly large inside. The chap who welcomed me was very helpful and will definitely go back

Amazing collection of OO Gauge & O gauge locomotives and everything else in between. Dare I say best model train shop in the UK. 100% visiting again soon.
