Reviews
Consistently good service over many years by web and mail order. Well thought out limited edition models - sometimes a long time coming but worth the wait. Better to have good models than something rushed. I look forward to being able to visit the shop one day.

Well stocked model shop but mostly model railways. Also range of there own Ltd editions. Helpful staff with product knowledge. Parking on the street opposite shop. There is a step up into the shop that would hinder wheel chair users.

Excellent service. I have ordered online several items over the past few years and always enjoyed quick friendly responses to e-mail or phone queries. Prices are competitive. With a move to Cornwall (to not far away from the shop )hopefully early next year I cant wait to call in and purchase in person.

Very Good Engineering Department and the Sale to Receipt time is one of the best. this is all spoilt by the arrogant person whom answers the phone when you only wish to solve issues. as this is the front person, it results in the poor rating that I have given and does not reflect very well on the rest of the organisation which is good.

Not living in Cornwall, I have only been able to order special edition models by post. Starting with the Beattie well tank, the O2 and the Gate Stock. The latest of which, I ordered a number of years ago. The gate stock arrived with the post today 27/11/17. The service provided is 5 star. Well done kernow
