We are happy to say this pub is our local, the food is exceptional, the beers good, the staff are great n the punters aren't bad either. To top all of this off, Kathy and John allowed us to hold our very own wedding festival here last weekend. It was the best day ever, you did us proud both of you on the best day of our lives. Good portions,good service,very clean,good range of real ale and keg beers,I like my chips crispy hence 4stars,but I would go again.

Really enjoyed my tea here last week. Good value and quality of food. The chips are amazing. Good selection on specials board. Looked like there was a good selection of beers and ciders was driving unfortunately. Would definitely recommend and hopefully go again

I've always past the Arkwright Arms and never have been in but I Attended a wake here this afternoon. What a lovely pub and really nice, friendly girls behind the bar. Really welcoming.  The spread laid on was absolutely lovely.  especially the onion rings!. I hope to visit again for food and a drink.

We love it here. There is always a good choice of real ales and the staff are welcoming and friendly.  Large outdoor area for the kids to play in when the weather is good. Snooker room and restaurant at the back.

Went here yesterday for a family meal after other recommendations. Definitely lived up to those as surroundings atmosphere service and food were fabulous.  Definitely one to keep in your "go to" lists.  Thanks

We will never go back again we booked for 2 motorhomes for the night had a few drinks in the afternoon booked a table for 6.00pm till 7.00pm got there a 6.30pm no table for us no food I was fuming never ever again
