As describe with most of the other reviews, this has to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. If you are looking to utilise a company for drop shipping, this is definitely not the company for you. Its a scam, they have no idea when it comes to customer service, the game is - they send out the wrong goods, they say they are not responsible for returns etc, you are then forced to re-order the correct goods, you are then stuck with the wrong items. The customer service staff are trained to evade any positive outcome with a view to keeping your money. Be warned this company falls into the scam network. Beware of the Managing Director.

Avoid this company unless you wish to be out of pocket. They do not cover for damages and neither do their couriers. Their whole set up is designed to take your money with very little chance of getting your money back if items sustain damage in transit.
