After a weeks long agony over the phone and in store I finally experienced fantastic customer service from a Manager called Liam. Cannot praise him and his support staff on shift enough, from feeling quite humiliated on a previous visit Liam has restored my faith in fair customer service, plus I will now return to Argos.

Needs more disabled parking. But store staff are helpful and orders are promptly dealt with

Not my local Argos. I had an item reserved so just had to pay at the till. Staff were pleasant and friendly and my order was ready before the estimated time. The store offers the usual quick pay stations however I can't give any Argos 5 stars because they still do not offer contactless payments.

This my favourite argos because although it's usually fairly busy. The staff are fast and very efficient meaning your waiting time is minimal. Also having shopped here for many years they are rarely out of stock, and if they are you can expect them to get your order post haste. Excellent customer service. :).
