This store should not be aloud to sell animals. I went in to buy fish and ended up looking at the small animals. All the guinea pigs that were for sale clearly had mites and ring worm. They should be under treatment and not sold to families who think they are buying a pet that is healthy. Also when we first went to buy fish the staff member who assisted us clearly had no knowledge. She recommended that we buy pellets for our guppies. Guppies are top eaters so they never would be able to consume the pellets, they needed flakes. Because of how bad the store was we ended up leaving and going to maidenhead aquatics which is 5 minutes away and more professional than pets at home. I recommend anyone who is interested in buying fish goes to maidenhead aquatics instead

Absolutely wonderful. We are new to the area and the vets and staff are amazing. We can't thank you enough. We have 2 dogs and you've treated them so well. Thank you xx

Very helpful staff, clean store, sell mainly everything you need for most pets and managed to find a coat that has seemed impossible for my chihuahua here with a perfect fit. I like to take my dog in and see what new offers have they have on most people like to fuss over the dogs that go in to.

Usually very good variation of stock in store. Some of the staff go out of their way to help, others not so much
