I had ordered an item on ebay to collect from Argos using there click and collect service. Went to collect my parcel that was supposed to be delivered to them for me to pick up but was told they haven't received it. spoke to the courier company and they claimed it had been delivered to Argos. Tried to contact them to get it solved but no one answers the phone when you press option 4. And they claim there customer service is good?

Good situation and plenty of parking. Helpful and accommodating staff. Close to where I love. Quick pick up service.

I brought loads of thing from ebay to argos and never had problems they always rush to serve you at the fast track in my experience excellent service
