Tried to return a faulty product, staff accused me of breaking the item which i had not, the staff member i dealt with was rude dissmisive and sarcastic. I took it to a store in Dundee exchanged it straight away they said it was a manufacturing issue and had a few returns.

Ordered and collect service very good.

I've been to this store multiple times the past week as I'm moving back to the UK from abroad, and the store associates and what the store offers have been nothing short of amazing! The team are incredibly helpful and pleasant, and the store itself is well organized and simply laid out. Everything I have ordered has been spot on and in the few cases I needed to bring something back for a refund only because I changed my mind, not because of defective product the process was seamless. Great store and people working there!

Popped into the Oban store while on holiday and was served by April who was extremely helpful, patient and polite. She was a cheerful soul and a credit to the store - thank you April

staff are always brilliant and friendly
