We don't use Argos that much, but yes our experience was very good, pre-ordered our item notified at the point of sale the delivery expectation, we were informed of delivery 24 hours early great, pickup was easy no waiting staff very friendly & helpful knew what they were doing, a great service.
My experience with Argos inside Sainsbury's was excellent. Super quick ordering, super quick payment and super quick at giving me my item. Environmentally friendly because there are no physical catalogues it's all on a computer. I think as long as there are other systems in place for other people who may not be technical then my personal experience was a very short and pleasant one
Argos had what I wanted. A computer keyboard at a knock down price. A friendly assistant helped me use the payment system and when I turned around my items were in my hands. Excellent efficient service.
Not impressed Argos. Leaving 1 staff member on their own on a Friday afternoon. Tonight I waited nearly 20 plus minutes as your poor staff member who was amazing dealt with several issues from one tricky customer and had to deal with people getting impatient. We all said in the queue how awesome she was. Shame on you Argos for not having support for her. Heaven forbid If anything happened to her whilst on her own in the warehouse or she had a threatening customer she would have no support other than a mobile phone. Maybe you should employ more people to help?! Hats off to the lady Caroline for your awesome patience and customer service, I hope you get some support soon
cancelled my laptop order without a reason and gave conflicting answers each time we rang them. never pick up the phone and the call center agents dont have a clue! terrible!
Really great to have argos and specsavers in the shop , as I can't always get up to the retail park after work so it's handy having a argos in the centre of town as well. Also if my glasses need to be adjusted l don't have to trudge across town to specsavers in northbrook Street .
Staff is very helpful and friendly. Easy to retrieve the orders and quick service.
