Refusing refund when item is still packaged and unopened - also saying they couldn’t find my order after giving them the details - not helpful at all - Would rate 0 stars if I could
I would give 0 stars if possible! Bought a baby camera and was a poor quality wich i was not expecting! The manager Charlotte told me is not so expensive 49£ maybe for her and refused to make a refund and told me to do research prior to buy as an open box cannot be returned if not happy with the quality! I will write to the trading standards to see what’s their opinion! Absolutely shameful attitude!
Biased, judgemental,dismissive and rude store manager who simply would not listen to a genuine request to replace a damaged vacumn cleaner. Took the same product to Argos in Ipswich and it was dealt with professionally and quickly. A total opposite to this shambles of a local shop. Read the other reviews as this is not an isolated instance the reviews are littered with 1 star rating complaints. Maybe Argos will look into this poor store management.
Quick to take your money and impossible to get it back.nnCan’t return overpriced items if you opened and had a look. £65 out of pocket because I wanted to inspect he item I purchased and the store refuse to grant me some form of credit as a bare minimum.nnAs a student, and someone that works very hard for little pay to cover bills and rent when living this store is an absolute kick in the face and I will never ever be shopping here again.
Two days before Christmas Eve and only 3 staff on the floor in the afternoon? Order online? Doesn't matter if you do or don't as with that amount of staff on you'll still be twiddling your thumbs in a queue. Even the staff that were on didn't look as if they could be arsed to be there. This was approximately 1530 so, if you were indeed one of those staff members and read this don't feel guilty, as it's not really your fault but the managers staff rota.
