Amazing customer services service through and thorough with these guys! Very helpful and knowledgeable too. The poor delivery guys had to take my order of four items, up six flights of stairs to the top, not one complaint, not one grumble, just a few pants, but still very cheery! They helped my daughter to put the items in their place and were very  polite respectful. Well done all of you, it's been a pleasure dealing with you from start to finish!

Had trouble with TV reception and the guys in Hughes were brilliant - gave me the technical answer to the problem even though it did not require a new purchase from their shop.  Have always bought from Hughes and highly recommend their staff for knowledge and customer assistance.  Prices are OK too.

Have used my local Hughes store for years, always feel welcome and the staff are always very clued up on what they are selling. It's nice to get the personal touch. Other shops could learn a thing or two from Hughes. Highly recommended.

My 3year old washing machine broke down satSatur. Called Hughes first thing Monday morning and helped me save money and got a brand new one being delivered Wednesday. Super helpful and would definitely recommend as I've been a customer for probably about 10 years!! Keep up the good work

Electrical store with a more down to earth way of selling....   Surprisingly friendly, and not that normal salesman 'I must get a deal out of you today', whether you want it or not, which has me feeling 'quick, let's get out of here' as I then quickly look for the door... They are helpful, and even if you have to come back and ask more questions there's no hard sell, which is nice... Very friendly management..  HELPFUL? LEAVE A RESPONSE OR 'LIKE' THANK YOU

I visited the Felixstowe Branch on Saturday 13/12/2014 and i thought the staff were exceptional They were very welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable I have worked in retail for many years and it was a joy to meet such lovely assistants who treated customers the same as I did I will have no hesitation in returning there I previously in the day had visited the Hughes outlet in Martlesham and sadly the welcome was not there no members of staff approached and they were not all busy with customers! so I traveled further to Felixstowe and I am very glad I did Keep up the good work folks

Anything advertised on their website can be rented or purchased. Knowledgeable staff. However they sadly fall behind Currys, John Lewis etc when it comes to cutting edge tech availability. Poor selection of PCs.

Went into the store looking for a few product ideas and left the store with everything i needed, steven had a wide knolage about all products and the manager made sure my account was up to date, waz impressed with the conversation and lack of hard sales. I wanted to buy from this store

Great experiance in this store the staff were very helpful and answered every query I left the shop feeling very pleased with the service and even the manager took time out of his breaks to help with my problems would defiantly recommend this store
