Really great experience getting my daughter measured and fitted for her first shoes. Repeatedly had to go back until she was comfortable enough to be measured but Theresa was always really happy and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend to others.

Good quality products. Great measuring service especially for kids. However shoes not very stylish.

Staff in Felixstowe clarks shop are always so friendly and helpful. Special mention to Ella, for great customer service when my son was buying new school shoes,  and also her mum Theresa who told my son to double knot his laces which he has done ever since. Welldone lovely teamwork!!!

Not the cheapest shoes in town, but you know where you are with Clarks and they have trained staff who are excellent with children.
