Good place overall the arcade section was fab. The SAGA technician could not be more kind and helpful. Although the VR had a long queue, its worth the wait. The bowling alley was very good also. But the mini golf was hard to find ones again the SAGA technician directed us to the right place. Special thanks to the SAGA technician for marking our experience better.
I have been using the store for years now and there is one woman who serves on the counter who has the worst customer service manner ever dark hair and glasses usually has a hair band on. I work in retail and pretty much do a similar job as her so I understand the pressure of retail. I am always polite but she is so rude I am amazed she still has a job. I try to avoid it now if I can. I cannie be bothered dealing with people like her so I'll take my money elsewhere.
Went into this store with my daughter to get light bulbs weren't sure what ones the girl behind counter came right out to help her she went out her way to spend time with her made sure she got the correct bulbs sales assistant was Sam keep up the good work sam your doing a grand job service with a smile which you rarely get

Absolutely shocking customer service, old woman with dark hair and wears a headband is a very bitter person, should seriously work on her manners towards the customers, won’t be going there again
It was a good shop for the people that work in it you go in and go to a computer catoulge and the staff came over to me asked me what I was looking for they typed it in for me and could tell me that how many was left or sold out I got a few gifts and they print out a number on a receipt you get your name put on it and you go to the desk to pay for it then there's a few screens that tell you when you're order will be ready then it tells you to go to a counter when it's ready to take away. It wasn't that long to wait.
Why do Argos website say same day delivery is available when selecting an item but say it’s not available when checking out! So frustrating as only wanted to order item if it was same day delivery! Update your website Argos!
Argos is the original Amazon before the Internet and e shopping was invented, you pick your goods from a catalogue and click a button, pay and voila, you have your goodies. They sell a large variety of different types of goods and the best thing is you get it straight away unlike the Internet where you have to arrange for delivery. This shop is curiously shaped. It sits in a good location and the service is as you would expect
Worst Argos I have stepped in on the 3 times I have visited the staff have always been rude like they don’t want to be there I get people don’t like their job but these guys make it so obvious no customer service at all. Wouldn’t recommend if you can goto another Argos
0/5 stars Very very poor service I was given but nothing gets done about it store manager Karen was not helpful very rude talks over the customer who’s trying to speak when asked for some compensation after my delivery of my £450 tv didn’t go through system cause it was a “ghost order” but took my cash & gave me receipt & I even got email to verify my order & delivery times no apologies no reason for “ghost order just an absolute shambles pity Argos doesn’t have other competition
