Carol the old woman is so rude I came In yesterday to return an item and told me it ‘wasn’t happening’ she was rude belittling and outspoken. All I asked was for a refund or exchange! She was determined she wasn’t going to do it then finally after I told her I’d spoke to the helpline she issued it and proceeded to talk about me after I had walked away. Not a way to treat a customers after I had spent 200+£ on an item. Which was no good! I’m never going back
Have had a serious problem with brand new tumble dryer.Vickie at Argos was great,handled the refund process for me and collection of the faulty item. Took all the hassle for me thank you
Ordered an ssd here a week before. Woke up early to collect it and they stated that the order didn’t come in after I had an official email stating that it was coming in. They couldn’t do anything for me. Rubbish customer service
Ordered several items for home delivery. Unfortunately we had 3 out of 10 items that was incorrect. Although the issue, They were quick to amend this issue with not much stress our end. Overall job well done

Terrible store and service. Had an item sent there for click and collect went to pick it after having an email that is was ready for collection and was told that the item wasn't actually there the staff looked for it on cages inside the store and couldn't find the item. I asked what are the next steps... The manager said these things happen and that I would need to contact customer services for a refund. I asked if the store could resolve this... The manager said no, no apology and the chap really seemed like he couldn't be bothered to help out... Apparently he had been working since 5 am and was tired at 11 am... I eventually got through to customer services, and was advised that the store system stated that I had collected the item! I now have needed to escalate a complaint to get the money refunded for an item I've never received...
Simple and easy to use. Pleasant and helpful staff
Went to the store today around 12. One person on the till and one at collection point. Neither staff called for support /more staff to get the queue down of 7 or 8 customers. I waited for 10 minutes to get to the guy at the ordering point. Would have walked out but had promised to get something for a child. Terrible service.
When there are enough staff on, the place runs well and efficiently, however, often there seems to be a skeleton crew and even when not busy, you can wait quite a while for your good stuff to appear. I've tried the fast track once, never going to bother again. Stood at the counter for a while with nothing happening, certainly didn't experience anything "fast"
