No Good! Purchased JBL Earphones which were instantly faulty only 1 earphone worked I tried to return them only to be told I had to return them at a different store. Since Cromer Argos could not exchange or refund in-store I wanted to buy a replacement pair as a separate transaction - for which I had the code & which they also had in stock at the Cromer store - But I was then told that I had to go away and order them online which, if you have done this before you will know it can take up to 48hrs to get the 'you can collect' email even if it shows as in stock Since there was no queue at all why could they not run along & fetch them straight off the shelf & I pay contactless. Not helpful enough for me. Not acceptable, shame on Argos. i'll try anywhere else next time!
Appalling service. Purchased 2 item. When I got home one of the items had no contents and the other had already been opened and was more than likely a returned item. When I returned the next day I was offered a refund as they only had one of the items in store. My issue is that the refund had to go back on my card as this was how I had purchased the goods. As this is 3 days before Xmas and the refund can take up to 10 days this means that 2 members of my family will not receive a gift from me. This is an issue on argos's part not mine, so I would expect them to do their utmost to rectify the situation. They did not even offer to order in from another store and replace the items. Disgusting customer service and I shall be advising anyone who will listen about my wonderful experience shopping with argos! If I could rate a zero I would!
BE AWARE - THEY WILL NOT TAKE RETURNS EVEN IF THE GOODS ARE FAULTY! No reasonable excuse given and door staff not interested and you’re told to travel 10 miles to another store. Very poor service
I went in showed staff my code and she sent it through and then picked up my item that I ordered
Ordered and paid online, immediate results regarding availability, collected immediately. All good.
The are rubbish at jewellery counter .I ordered a ring for my husband .well it turned out they nearer ordered it as iam still waiting for it .I went in asked they said yes it's on order it will be 10 to 14 days .but still nothing and this was beening of October a joke they are in there .
Well sadly Argos is getting like the others where items advertised are not in stock, you wait four weeks then they deliver the wrong colour!
Reasonable wait for the goods you order and very helpful staff who take the time to explain products or goods and help how they can
I placed an order just before 5pm and it was delivered just after 7pm now that's fast
Atrocious customer service, felt like the staff were the great unwashed
