Having been Next customer ls for many many years we have never ever experienced service like we have today. The member of staff ABBY who actually felt the need to spell her name out to my wife was beyond rude - her dreadful abrasive manner and attitude falls way below that expected from Next. She clearly needs educating in how NOT to speak to people and will guarantee we are unlikely to either recommend or shop in Next Cramlingnton again.
17/11 1610hrs, Waiting to get served in the home department. 2 members of staff serviing, 1 handling click and collect. Younger girl behind the counter, no acknowledge from her whilst she was attending to another minor matter. We were totally ignored whilst waiting infront of the till, in the end, after 10 minutes walked out. Terrible customer service, and people wht wht sales are down and online shopping is on the rise.
Charming young lady took in my wife's return parcel. She was cheery and welcoming. Nothing was a problem. Saturday 9th December, morning.
Just to say big thankyou to staff at cramlington store yesterday. Very helpful staff and accommodating to our request for waistcoats for special occasions. AIDA was so good and helpful and helped us choose and order for us. Very good thank you
There was a query over pricing on a suit we had delivered to the Cramlington outlet. The Assistant Manager and Shop Assistant could not have been more helpful. Their competent professional approach coupled with a strong need to rectify the error make them a real asset to the store.nWell done.
