Beautiful grey marble dining table and 6 knocker chairs. From order to delivery to Northampton took just over 5 weeks. Great quality and we are very happy with item. Unfortunately, the legs came damaged. Reported the damage with pictures. Received replacements within two weeks. Customer services were prompt and friendly. However we did encounter problems with the courier services GP Logistics which was ultimately sorted out. I can't fault Imaginex and Jay from customer services. Very happy, will buy from them again.
Don't waste your time with these scammers. They took our money in February for a table that is still to arrive now mid August No response to emails, their multiple phone numbers ring out. All my attempts to reach out on social media have resulted in my comments being deleted and me blocked. All I want is a full refund. Trading standards have been informed as of today. Edit. Not a fake review. My email address is my maiden name. My husband made the purchase
Do not use this company. I have had to have a long protracted process with Paypal to get my money back from this company after they failed to deliver the correct items meaning I couldn't put the table together, promised to send out new parts four different times which never turned up, LIED and send that they had tried to deliver they didn't realise I WFH and have a video door bell and then refused to take their goods back. They do not respond to emails timely, they do not answer the phone AT ALL, but will happily take your money and stick two fingers up. I have ended up being out of pocket because i paid to ship goods back to them, which they then rejected the box had to be opened to see the items were wrong...duh!. Absolutely awful company, don't use and would give 0 stars if you could.
Please avoid and not order from them,I order a dining table in April this year and still I did not arrived, when I called them they lied we delivered to you , I got the delivery company number they don’t pick up phone never ,after some time I emailed them and no response yesterday they by chance picked the phone and said that we sent back table to seller, I called and emailed ImagineX furniture for explaining why I don’t get refund they said we are investigating what happened still from April, table costs is 1450.00, still I don’t have table not money back. Avoid them.
Absolutely doggy company. Took money and nothing delivered. They now even closed the website and you can’t get through the call. AVOID
Please don’t bother to use this website it’s been a nightmare. We ordered a marble dining set with velvet chairs in December 2021. We expected to have a nice dining set for Christmas. Item was delivered but 2 chairs we’re missing. 1 of the chair has damaged on the legs and the bench is longer to what we ordered. We have been struggling to return the damaged item. So much stress dealing with this seller and Klarna.
These guys had the best price on their website for a particular dining chair I wanted. Ordered online even after reading reviews was a bit skeptical. Although the delivery was a day later than advised, their email response to me was great and swift. Chairs are great. 1 screw size was wrong... reported and correct size received within days. Missing 1 star only because they have an 084 number to contact them on and delivery being a bit late, which was out of their control. You are best to email them to ask for updates... a tracking/status section would be great for next time.
Very disrespectful company unprofessional . I ordered the table online 5 weeks a go and I called them to check what happen to my order. However I was told that they will contact me within 2 weeks time to up date you so that will 7 weeks. Shocking very disappointed The guy who answered the call was very cheeky unprofessional bad manner , he was screaming and shouting at me and he told me to cancel the order. As its because the time I ordered the item was cheaper than the now. So they want me to cancel it because I got it cheap price. I would advise and urge every not to shopping with imaginx furniture. So you will losing your money and you won't get your item as happen to me.
Utterly appalling service, ordered a table in February, still not delivered despite being promised a delivery in April and June. They have stopped replying to emails and do not answer the phone. This company is either totally incompetent or are crooks! Under no circumstances would I order or recommend anyone else orders from them!
In response to your reply to my partner sam goodwin review about our order. I can’t believe you have the audacity to make up such lies that make no sense at all, you’re so sad! You never told us it was a pre order item, we never emailed to cancel. As soon as I threatened to dispute it through PayPal you refunded it in an attempt protect your reputation. It’ll still be filed through PayPal and hopefully start alerting customers that you’re a complete scam and waste of time. You also never called like you said you would to explain why you’d cancelled our order, maybe your “system failed” again like you kept saying on the phone?Hopefully you can find a proper job one day instead of wasting everyone’s time for what must be next to nothing given that pathetic building you’re operating out of.
