Easy to get in and find your seat , toilets are disgusting not blaming the venue just some people don't deserve to be in public the way they leave them. Seats aren't the comfiest , had seats upper block 4 row bb seat number 112 , was sat on a row where it's just 2 seats and a handrail in front it didn't obstruct the view and could clearly see both stages in the venue
Went to the Take That concert. I’m not very mobile and struggle walking a distance. The staff are fantastic. They directed us to an entrance that was step free. They told us exactly where to go. So friendly and welcoming. The arena itself is massive as you would expect. Loads of places to get good and drink. Even have a self service bar ! The seats we had we’re fairly comfortable but like all venues we’d like more let room. We parked in Que parking which was less then a 10 min walk, in my case more like 20. Great venue and great staff
A nice place to experience the ferry.... The staff were friendly and it was a nice smooth ride to be there... If you are in the UK which offers various mediums of transport, the ferry is an uncommon one we don't get to experience it in many places. So I would say it's a must try.
Fantastic venue, great facilities. Virtually no queues for toilets, bar queues non existent. Merch queues non-existent. Easy access to the vaping area. We were sat in Block R lower level, which was perfect for me with my access needs, and the seating was amazing. Large seats with lots of space between them, so you're not squashed in them like sardines, which is so important when you have disabilities. The view from Block R for the stage is amazing!! It is very easy to access the arena from the car park despite having accessibility needs, and I was well looked after by staff due to wearing my invisible illness lanyard. It was definitely a brilliant night watching Justin Timberlake. Unfortunately, I couldn't manage to stand for the whole 2 hours, but I still enjoyed every second of the show.
Went to see a Justin Timberlake Concert which was excellent. The arena it self is good but like all these venues the price of food and drink is way over the top. The one thing that annoys me about this place is getting out at the end of an event. Exit routes are poor and you can sit for 30 - 40 minutes waiting to get out of the car park. I recommend parking away from the venue and walk in.
An amazing, and huge arena, with loads of eateries, and places selling alcohol too. The seating was comfy, which was a bonus. However I didn't sit much, due to the Keane concert. Amazing !!
Went to see Weezer and The Smashing Pumpkins, both great bands. The venue is amazing. It's a medium sized venue with most mod cons. I am a wheelchair user and the staff really helped me through the crowds to get us to our spot. No venue I have been to since I became disabled allows wheelchairs in the standing area so they put us at the front of the seating area. Perfect views albeit a bit far back. Sound quality was OK, but I recon it's always a bit difficult to deliver perfect sound at bigger gigs. Getting out was a bit chaotic and so many good folk in a hurry to leave made for a bit of a stressy time. Again, the staff were great and got us out safely. My only complaint is that the t-shirts were £40! and the taxi wanted £30 to take us the 500m back to our hotel. I would definitely recommend the place and will go again.
Visited the arena a few times now. Easy to get around and well sign posted for access areas. The food places on the lower tier of the arena outside close early, 7pm! Which I found strange. Inside, the food and drinks are eye watering expensive. £15 for a small size fish and chips and almost £4 for a large soft drink. Staff were extremely helpful. The seats are decently spaced but not very comfortable. I unfortunately found myself fidgeting a lot to keep the circulation. Sitting for 2hrs+ does become somewhat uncomfortable. The seating layout and view to the main stage and show are have always been good.
Take That, brilliant as always. The arena was well organised, staff friendly and helpful, understandable queues but moved quite quickly. Drinks expensive as at all these sorts of places, so expected. Good night out
Attended Take That Concert in May 2024. Took my 9 year old daughter to her first concert. So easy to enter, no queues. Queued for a few minutes to buy merchandise. Bought drinks from vending machines. Good selection of food vendors. Great seats, had the best night ever. So many staff, felt safe and able to enjoy the night.
