I belong to what used to be the Scott, Mercer and Large practice situated in this center.  When Dr Scott was there it was great, he was a fabulous doctor in everyway and from he left and since COVID things have drastically changed. Im actually lost for words as to what the staff are actually paid for as it's certainly not care and attention for the patients. The reception staff are rude and have definitely not been trained in a front facing job , they have no idea about empathy either on the phone or in person no sence of urgency, you can sit for over an hour from 8.30am and never be answered it's appalling how you are treated.nNow at the minute the message you are getting is that the systems are being changed over and to expect an impact from this,  again no words always an excuse . One sure thing that COVID did for this country is to give people an excuse not to work !!!shocking.

Called In last week to see GP without making a inpointment as I had a viral infection I got turned away  by a arrogant woman at the reception upstairs telling me i couldn't see my GP because I had a sore throat,, and all inpointments had been booked but there was only 2 people there surely GP can make time ??  Ill not be returning back unless face to face inpointments are brought back

I asked th doctor on the phone was it ok to take these tablets I picked with my medication I was on ,sh said yes but she didn't tell me it stopps my other medication from working ,I didn't no till I googled it as I didn't feel myself for few days so new tablets were put in bin ,there ment to b a doctor's and also a girl with purple hair on 3rd floor was taking my blood ,not a nice way a bout her ,didn't smile an u could tell sh didn't want to b in the job ,not a bit nice just rude an blunt ,she shouldn't b in the job .doctors just arnt th same and 3 weeks ur waiting to speak to a doctor then another week to be seen,it's a disgrace.no point in switching doctors as dnt think it would make any difference just hopefully one day it will get better

Today I went to the arches health centre podiatry to get the wound on my foot checked the staff within the centre where very rude and they said to me my maths I tried to tell her dates but I got them pretty but she still said my maths is really bad maths is part of my disability. I wouldn’t recommend to come for appointments

Rude, unhelpful staff who just want you off the phone. Did not listen to me, zero interest in helping. I hardly ever ring the doctors and now I know why. I was calling about my 7 year old daughter and was simply fobbed off to the pharmacy probably so I pay instead of requiring a prescription
