Kathryn is a very intelligent physiotherapist. I have a long-standing back problem, but am very picky when it comes to choosing people to work on my body. Kathryn's holistic approach to both naming problems and seeking out solutions is much, well, smarter than the more mechanical approaches of other physiotherapists I have seen. She also happens to be very friendly and laid back, which helps when your muscles are super tight! She is definitely the physio to see in Nottingham.

I first went to see Kathryn over a year ago with extensive injuries to my legs and back which had prevented me from doing any running for almost 5 years. She took the time to listen to all the issues and looked into them thoroughly, which did not happen when I went to the NHS. She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to help me with all of my issues and got me back to running 5-10km regularly. I still go back whenever I have a problem because I know I will get the best care and advice from Kathryn. I could not recommend her enough.

I am an Osteopath. I first became aware if Kathryn about 3 years ago when she moved into a room close to my clinic. She had taken the time to contact me upfront to see if I would have any objection to her moving in. I was stunned by her open nature and her commitment to do what is right both in terms of her business and her clients. Since this time I have taken a few treatments from Kathryn. I am always impressed by her knowledge and her openness to new ideas. She demonstrates the rare ability to use evidence based approaches where available and fill in the gaps with reasoning tailored to the individual which in my opinion is the mark of a true caring professional.

I've been going to Kathryn at Arcadia for various problems over the last few years, including shoulders, hips and knees, she has sorted everything. I keep going back when I manage to break something else. She is incredibly knowledgeable, highly skilled and very friendly. She loves a challenge. The best physio you could wish for!

Cant rate highly enough, I've been resting my elbow for around 4 months and every time I tried to use it there was a shooting pain. I finally bit the bullet and from a recommendation went to Arcadia Physiotherapy. After just the first session it already felt better and I can gladly now say after only 5 sessions my arm is back to its best and its all down to visiting Kathryn. I really can't recommend her enough. 5 stars!
