I have been going to Tim for 5 years and he is always excellent at fixing my sports injuries. Always fits me in and gives great service at a great price and always with a friendly chat. Highly recommend him as he is great at diagnosing and fixing the issue!
I've been going to Tim on & off for around 20plus years now for various problems, mostly due to poor posture sitting in a car all day for my job. eg neck, spine, shoulders, arms etc. He has always sorted out the issue & always makes me feel comfortable & relaxed. I have always recommended him & will continue to do so. A great physiotherapist for sure!
Tim was invaluable to me on my road to recovery from a sprained knee joint. He pinpointed a diagnosis, gave me soothing treatment, recommended strength building exercises and gave me reassurance on my progress throughout. I can recommend Tim with reservation.
Tim is fantastic Physio. I've used his services for a number of years and his practice is very professional and he himself is very knowledgeable and skilled in the profession. His techniques include, acupuncture and targeted stretching work. I would highly recommend him.
I have been to see Tim several times over the years. If I have a niggle, he's my go to Guy! He helped a lot with my frozen shoulder, but finally had to get a steroid injection to sort it, which he recommended. I do suffer with my back too, which he has helped me with. He also uses acupuncture during his treatment, if needed. I would highly recommend Tim at Physiodirect Mapperley. He knows his stuff and puts you at ease before he cracks your back etc
Have used Tim & team a few times now for various muscular issues and have always had an excellent experience and results. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and, most importantly, effective! Highly recommended.
Could barely walk on a recent Thursday afternoon and struggled to get into the passenger seat to be driven to my appointment. Had a second appointment 24 hours later and that was over 3 weeks ago. Tim is fantastic and don’t know what I would have done without his expertise.
Went To Tim as I had a trap the sciatica nerve and after two week of treatment am back up and working. Tim is always friendly and have great chat. I will Highly recommend them.
I had a problem with my shoulder that I kept ignoring until I couldn't. Tim was recommended to me, why did I wait so long . Tim was very knowledgeable and after 2 session's I had full movement and no pain. After ignoring the issues it took a while for the soft tissue to heal which Tim explained it would. I won't hesitate if needed again to book straight in.
Tim is great! Identified my problem and got to work right away. Unfortunately, with my issue it was slighlty more complicated but it is 10 times better than it was and my mobility is so much better. The stretching and mobility exercises and videos Tim provided me really helped me with my training. Would certainly recommend to anybody and already have!
