Called at 17:36 and was on hold the entire time up till 18:02 where they decided to close (2hrs early) and cancel my call at the same time...helpful.

Have been there a few times unfortunately. Today was one of those days. Greeted by a face that I can only describe as a bulldog’ ass stung by a wasp, the look I got, well, obviously thinks she is better than others. Some Doctors here prefer the sound of their own voice to yours.. One occasion I saw a female doctor that spent over half of my 10min appointment on the phone laughing and joking, then preceded to tell me to hurry up as appointment time is limited. Should you suffer mental health, and require a medical certification exemption from work, be aware that some of these doctors are working with /for the DWP, more interested in government guidelines than your actual health.... There are one or two nice people working there, one is a nurse practitioner, always has time and LISTENS!! Avoid unless the nurse can deal with your illnesses.

Very disappointed with the experiences here! You’d expect doctors and nurses to be kind, welcoming and actually take some care in their patients.. on the contrary. They apparently have little time to be kind and give you a smile while you enter their room. It’s as if it’s a race of who can deal with patients the quickest. Very upset with the lack of care and treatment they provide.

Dr Fisher made a procedure that I was dreading as pain free as possible and was so kind and caring afterwards, making sure that I was okay. I cannot commend her enough. This is how GPs should be! She's a model for how to get it right!

Very poor, staff rude on the phone including a Doctor who phoned me making me feel as though I was lying. Had a chest infection now for 2 weeks and basically told it will go eventually,,
